Refund Policy!

In case of cancellations, we require a minimum of 72hour notice. Otherwise, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited.

In the event of cancellation from Jannat Tours LLC, you will be notified at least 3 days before and you may nominate a full refund of deposit or transfer your deposit to an alternative date.

If a person becomes unwell and requests to be returned back to shore, then no refund will be given and it is also up to the Skipper's discretion whether or not to return to port.

Jannat Tours LLC will not be held liable for any loss of personal belongings on board and indirect costs incurred by booking a charter with us.

‘’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”
